Abstract :
On the GIS development project 150 KV Jatake II is experiencing delays in civil work due to discrepancies between the realization of job progress and the visible plan of the S curve data indicating the deviation of about 8.71%. Because of these
problems implementation of the project is not as planned or can be said slower project progress. This research was conducted to know the factors causing the delay on the development project of GIS 150 KV Jatake II by spreading the questionnaire to
25 respondents from owner, contractor and field labor involved directly on the GIS development project 150 KV Jatake II. Data processing is done by validity testing and reability using Microsoft Office Excel Software. Then the variables
passed the validity and reability test conducted a descriptive quantitative analysis test by looking at the level of alignment to rank. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, obtained the ranking of 12 major delays factors on the development project of GIS 150 KV Jatake II namely: labor factor, material factor, contractor factor, communication factor, equipment factor and factors external. While the most influential factors are the lack of workforce shortage in the field, low labor productivity and the delay of material fabrication.
