Abstract :
Labor productivity is one of the main elements in determining the successful implementation of a construction project, but often the use of labor is not effective. Work sampling is one approach that can be used to measure productivity quite easily. The purpose of this study is to analyze the productivity of workers in pile head clearing work in the Continuation Project of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang, and Banten accessibility work with the work sampling method. The size of the productivity of the workforce can be seen from the effective activity data. The productivity measure obtained from this analysis is the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). The results of the work sampling analysis showed that the overall LUR observation and analysis of the Soekarno-Hatta airport accessibility project was 43.65% with the proportion for effective activities 35.9%, essential contributory 31% and ineffective 33.1%.
