Abstract :
Formwork is a temporary mold that is used to hold the concrete as long as the concrete is poured and shaped according to the desired shape. Because it functions as a temporary mold, formwork will be removed or dismantled if the concrete that has been poured has reached sufficient strength. The purpose of this study was to determine how much the cost and time comparisons in the implementation of conventional formwork and formwork form tables in low rise building construction, especially in the work of beam and plate formwork. The
results of this study found that the cost of conventional formwork is Rp.154.209.726 while the cost of formwork table form is Rp.153.003.433, saving 0,78 % compared to the cost of conventional formwork. While for the implementation of conventional formwork with the same form table formwork,
which takes 162 days, and the same formwork required amounted to 73 formwork with 5 times repetition.
