Abstract :
One of the road sections that was passed by the LRT construction work was the M.T. Haryono which is a road that is crossed by the Cawang - Dukuh Atas LRT route. Before the construction, the traffic condition of M.T Haryono road direction to (Cawang-Pancoran) itself had experienced a traffic jam during peak traffic. Therefore it is necessary to consider an evaluation of the congestion that occurs on the M. T Haryono road segment towards Cawang to Pancoran during the Cawang-Pancoran LRT construction activities. Based on the results of assessments and evaluations conducted on the performance of Jalan MT Haryono obtained a capacity value of 2884.2, the average speed with a value of 14.67 Km / Hour, the degree of saturation debgan value of 1.06, increasing the Performance of Service (F) of the forced current / traffic jams, low speed, long queuesand large obstacles occur.
