Abstract :
Redesign of the steel pipe space truss roof truss for the Jakarta International Stadium development project, Taman BMW, North Jakarta. In the initial planning using a steel pipe truss shaped space truss and using a type of connection between joints in the form of a ball joint where the weight of the ball joint itself is 30 kg/joint, with a span width of 260 meters and span length of 280 meter, steel pipe material used is the maximum size 24 inch. Then re-planned using a triangular steel pipe space truss that uses a joint between joint in the form of angel welding with FE100xx material which if using a welded joint will reduce the burden received by the roof frame itself, the steel pipe material used is maximum size 18 inch. Technical data needed in the form of span length, span width, materials, arch shape of thr roof frame itself. The basic space truss roof planning use SNI 1729-2015, SNI 1726-2019, SNI 1727-2013, ASCE 7-10, LRFD. Thr load analyzed is in the form of own load, additional dead load, live load, rain load, wind load, earthquake load, and temperature load. Computer program assistance is used to facilitate analysis and obtained from computer analysis result in the form of voltage in the joint direction 65,8116 MPa, y direction 59,6662 MPa, deflection in the joint direction x 0,0144 mm, y direction 0,0152 mm, directional shear force x 3140737 N, y direction 2233970 N, moment at joint 954795,1 Nmm, axial force 138446,6 N. For truss control, the permissible stress of steel pipe is 166,667 MPa ad the permit deflection is 15,11 mm with pipe deflection, 18?? steel of 0,337 mm, 6?? steel pipe of 4,323 mm, and 2,5?? pipe of 1,041 mm. The thickness size of the angel weld is pipe 18?? min thickness efektif 17,675, pipe 6?? min thickness efektif 3,182 mm, pipe 2,5?? min thickness efektif 3 mm with length according to the dimensions of the pipe section used.
