Abstract :
Column is a vertical pressure rod which has an important role in the building, namely to carry the load from the upper structure and distribute it to the lower structure of the building. Jakarta International Stadium project uses two different column shapes, namely the Round / Circular Column and Square Column. This cost analysis is reviewed in the work of both column shape on that project. This study aims to determine the cost of the each two types of columns as reviewed by the Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP). This research is reviewed on reinforcing work, formwork installation, concrete casting, and formwork dismantling. For round column work, need a fee of Rp. 76.203.018, - Meanwhile, for the box column work, need a fee of Rp. 56.519.123, -. The difference between the cost of round column work and box column work is Rp. 19.683.895, - or 25,83%, which can be concluded that Square Column are cheaper than Round Column. Although in terms of the overall cost of round columns is relatively more expensive than square columns, the use of round columns has advantages, one of which is to add aesthetic value to a building.
