Abstract :
At present the basement is one of the solutions to address the need for parking and as a utility in the development project Hutama Karya Office cawang. At the time of basement construction usually encountered several obstacles caused by soil conditions, high ground water and landslides. With this condition, soldier pile soil retaining wall is used to overcome the above conditions. The soldier pile serves to overcome ground water seepage and seepage. This study makes stability analysis of retaining walls tested against lateral active soil pressures using the Rankine method. Displacement calculations using the PLAXIS program. Based on the results of the analysis of total active lateral soil pressure BH-2 and BH-3 amounting to 3266.7145 kN / m, 3383.1585 kN / m, respectively. While the results of horizontal displacement analysis on the left-hand BH-0.1 0.13131 mm right 0.14067 mm. BH-3 left pole 0.13713 mm and right at 0.13568 mm. Style Slide BH-2 0.78902 mm left pole, 0.78989 right pole and BH-3 0.31399 mm left pole, right 0.34854 mm. The safe factor obtained at point BH-2 is 2.7320 at BH-3 2.8713 the resulting safety exceeds the value of the safe factor required by 1.5. This shows that the soldier pile has a fairly safe resistance and no anchor is needed for additional reinforcement.
