Abstract :
Construction and development projects on the toll road are never separated from various technical issues and non-technical problems. This problem is due to various factors that we know as a risk that can arise both unpredictable and unexpected. These risks will greatly affect the project's performance and result in losses from various sectors. The purpose of this research is to identify risk hazards, assess the risks involved, and provide risk control measures against the risk of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) at section 1 of the development of 6 (six) toll road sections within Jakarta. This study used quantitative approaches with survey methods in the form of questionnaires. Data is analyzed using a scoring method. The results of this research show the results of the risk and the results of data analysis of 30 respondents that all data valid in the cumulative percent seen as the "relevant" rating is 50.0% taken 46.7% of the largest number of frequencies and added with a percentage amount of 3.3% from the smallest number of frequencies. As for "highly relevant" is 100% which is the cumulative value of the summation of 46.7% (relevant) plus 3.3% (quite relevant) and plus again with 50.0% (very relevant) then it is said to be quite good and effective.
