Abstract :
Most of the facilities and infrastructure in construction use concrete. Concrete is a mixture of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, portland cement, water, and other added materials. However, the use of concrete making materials used continuously will thinning, then a new material is needed that can replace the main material. The new materials include waste waste in the community, especially ceramic waste, blood shells, and rice husk ash. This research is to find out the effect of substitution of ceramic waste (30%) of coarse aggregate volume, blood shells (10%) of fine aggregate volume, as well as variations in rice husk ash (2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, and 10%) from the weight of cement against the strong press and strong pull of the concrete. Concrete mix plan is made in accordance with SNI 7656:2012.. Concrete is planned with fc' 20 MPa. Used cylinder test objects diameter 150 mm and height 300 mm. Strong press testing was carried out on concrete life of 7, 14, and 28 days as many as 45 samples. Meanwhile, strong testing of concrete pull is carried out at 28 days concrete life as much as 15 samples. From this study on the test of strong concrete press, optimum on variation 2 (ceramic waste 30%, blood shell 10%, as well as rice husk ash 2.5%) 19,627 MPa decreased from normal 3.70% of 20,382 MPa. Meanwhile, the strong testing of optimum pull on variation 2 of 2,311 MPa decreased from normal concrete 4.86% to 2,429 MPa. The substitution concrete mixture decreased every increase in the variation of rice husk ash. Based on this research it can be known that the substitution of ceramic waste + blood shell + rice husk ash on the concrete mixture,has no effect on the increase in strong press and strong pull of concrete.
