Abstract :
One of the Projects of PT TATA MULIA NUSANTARA INDAH in the construction of the LOT VIIA BIDEX project, is working on an apartment and office buiIding Iocated on JI. PahIawan Seribu BSD Serpong South Tangerang The pIan wiII be buiIt as high as 31 fIoors and 2 basements, with parking faciIities, ATMs, offices and others to be compIeted in 2022. this research study the effect of compensation, work discipIine and competence on the performance of LOT VIIA BIDEX PROJECT empIoyees. The formuIation of the probIem in this research is whether there is an effect of compensation, work discipIine, and competence on the performance of Lot VIIA Bidex project empIoyees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, work discipIine, and competence on empIoyee performance. VariabIes in the study were compensation, work discipIine, competence and empIoyee performance. In this study the sampIes taken were 76 respondents. The sampIe method used in this study is saturated sampIing. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The data coIIection technique used is a questionnaire. AnaIysis of the data used is the quantitative and quantitative anaIysis with muItipIe Iinear regression anaIysis techniques. The resuIts showed that r count> r tabIe, Cronbach's AIpha> 0.60, had a significant vaIue of compensation 0.010 <0.05, work discipIine 0.065> 0.05 and competence 0.001 <0.05. So, based on the data above , we can concIude that the overaII three variabIes of compensation, work discipIine and competence on empIoyee performance both simuItaneousIy and partiaIIy.
