Abstract :
Control in the project is very much needed to identify and anticipate unwanted possibilities that will occur in the project, so that related parties can take appropriate anticipatory action. In project development, there are two very important variables that can influence project achievement, namely time and cost. Project control needs to be done properly and systematically to determine project work time and costs. This study aims to determine the project in terms of project time and cost. In addition, this program is used to estimate costs and project completion on time. The data used is secondary data from contractors. These data include the Budget Plan, progress reports and implementation time. The method used to analyze this research is the Earnd Value Method. The analysis was carried out with Microsoft Excel 2013 software. The results showed that the CPI and SPI values were positive. SV value of Rp. - 15,155,020,650 and the SPI value of 0.774 is smaller than 1, which means that the implementation is late than the implementation plan schedule. While the CV value is positive (4,723,756,454) and the CPI is 1,100> 1, which means less than the final cost of the budget. The estimated project costs required are EAC (IDR 61,499,990,896) and ETC (IDR 14,262,526,500). While the time needed is 63 weeks.
