Abstract :
Generally, big cities experience so many spatial problems. And usually, the growth is faster than the draft spatial concept. Due to the fast pace of development in urban areas, the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta finally made Regional Regulation No.1 of 2014 about Detailed Spatial Planning and Zoning Regulations which became a reference in space utilization as well as for the construction of office buildings, such as the construction of the Mandiri Wijaya Kusuma Tower. In this research, quantitative methods are used to see the suitability between technical feasibility of development and Regional Regulation Requirements. The results is: the construction of the Mandiri Wijaya Kusuma Feasible Tower are technically in accordance with the requirements of the Regional Regulation which includes a system of secondary activities, intensity of space utilization, and building utilities as a support for the integrated development concept regulated in this regulation
