Abstract :
The borepile work in the Cengkareng-Batu Ceper-Kunciran toll road project is delayed from the initial plan due to various factors ranging from internal factors and external factors that cause this borepile work to experience delays, the purpose of this research is to identify and classify the factors that cause it. delays in construction projects, especially borepile work. As for the factors that influence, among others, workers, machines, methods, costs, materials, and environmental factors. The analysis of delays in borepile work is carried out with the aim of obtaining the main cause of the delay that occurs in this work by using a fishbone diagram as a reference to determine the main problems that occur in this borepile work, the method used is a fishbone diagram with research instruments in the form of questionnaires, test validity and frequency test. From the data that has been collected by distributing questionnaires to 15 respondents that have been carried out, and tested the validity of all respondents, it is found that 15 questionnaires are considered valid because the correlation value of all variables exceeds 0.514 of the rtabel value and is also said to be reliable because the value of Cronbach's alpha> 0 , 60. With the frequency test carried out, it was found that the main factors of the delay in borepile work on the Cengkareg-Batu Ceper-Kunciran toll road project were the weather in the field, continued with difficult land acquisition and design changes. The main factor, namely the weather in the field, is a dominant factor and a major factor of delays in borepile work, and a schematic has been drawn using the fishbone diagram that has been made.
