Abstract :
Laborer is an individual person who does a job in order to fulfill his necessities by producing goods or services. In construction projects in Indonesia, labor needs are one of the most important resources. Manpower needs have to be carefully considered to avoid fluctuations and waste costs. In this research, the author conducted an Analysis of the Implementation of Labor Leveling Resources Using Burgess Method in the Aspena Residence Apartment Project. Resources Leveling is an approach to balance the number of workers by delaying work activities that have float activities and not jobs that are on the critical path. One method which can be used in resource leveling is the Burgess method. The Burgess method is a method that uses the principle of finding the smallest standard deviation. This is possible to be a simple indicator in the labor distribution.
