Abstract :
IT PLN is currently developing in stages which will install parking meters for campus parking. The parking meter system is needed to manage the parking lot, for this reason there are several parking meter systems proposed by investors to be selected in planning the installation of this parking meter, one of which is the meter parking system from the investor PT. XX which provides everything needed for the construction of parking meters and from the campus IT PLN only provides a parking meter installation area. The installation of parking meters at IT PLN was held because the number of students per year was increasing and it made the previous parking area insufficient for the capacity of the vehicles on campus so that many vehicles were parked carelessly or illegally. For this reason, there is the construction of a new parking area which adds to the capacity of the vehicle equipped with a parking meter system. This parking meter installation plan will analyze the vehicle capacity in the new parking lot and calculate the financial aspects for planning the parking meter installation at the PLN IT Campus. The data obtained in this study was carried out by collecting secondary data from the parking layout of the PLN Institute of Technology campus and data from the investment cooperation of PT. XX. The results of the analysis of the total capacity with the Parking Space Unit (SRP) in the parking area of two-wheeled vehicles on the PLN Institute of Technology campus are taken a 45 ° pattern of type C fish reinforcement which has a capacity of SRP = 614, on the 1st floor (base) SRP = 321 and on the 2nd floor SRP = 293. The financial analysis of the parking meter construction assumes a rate of IDR 1,000 / vehicle per day, with operational costs, 12% interest rate, a 3-year contract and an initial investment of IDR 383,923,500 then: NPV ?Rp 236.784.216, BCR = 0.322, AE = -Rp 205,995,933,
IRR = 85,6%, From the payback period graph above, it is found that the amount of time the capital returned is calculated from the initial investment for 6 years 4.5 months with a result of Rp. 0.
