Abstract :
The development of construction projects in the 4.0 industrial era is increasing, the construction of buildings are not separated from concrete construction works, formwork is a temporary mold used to withstand concrete during concrete in the pouring and in the shape as desired, although it is temporary, but the formwork has a role of pentine in concrete construction work. This BRI Tower project uses 2 formwork namely, conventional and aluminium. The research is being reviewed is the installation of aluminium formwrk in terms of time and cost IN the project Tower of BRI Gatot Subroto ? South Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the timing and cost of installation of aluminium formwork plate floor and beam plates divided into 3 zones, zone A, zone B and zone C. Based on the results of the research conducted, obtained the result of the time for the installation of each zone, zone a 8 hours, zone B 7.9 Clock and zone C 8 hours. In terms of the cost of installation of aluminium formwork for each zone obtained result, zone A rp. 115.796.548,-. Zone B rp. 99.271.290,-. Zone C rp. 115.796.548,-. By using this formwork, the total time and cost for installation of aluminium formwork aluminium plate Floor and beam for 1 zone on the 30th floor is 23.9 hours rounded 24 hours to 1 floor. While the total cost for 1 floor Zone 30 is Rp. 330.864.386,-. Aluminium formwork is suitable for typical floor use so that the craftsmanship can be faster and safer.
