Abstract :
Concrete wall works were applied to the Grand Mercure Bandar Lampung project. Concrete wall is a type of brick-shaped building element made from the main ingredients of Portland cement, water, and aggregate used for wall masonry. Meanwhile, quality is the nature of the product or service that is used to meet the needs of customers or users. The purpose of this study was to determine the good quality of concrete wall works on the Grand Mercure Hotel Construction Project according to SNI 2847: 2013 by using the observation method of technical studies on concrete wall work. The results of this study are the concrete wall planning parameters show that the diameter of 550 mm, 30 mm of decking concrete, Ec 801.07 kN / m, Fc '29.05 MPa, fy 400 Mpa, weight of reinforcement D10 7.398 kg, need for reinforcing walls D10 177.552 Kg, S (?10) 90 mm, ? balanced 0.0315, ?max 0.02363, ?min 0.004, WD 45,688.5 Kg, WL 250 kg, ? 0.021267, Wu 552,268 KN / m, Mu 6903,350 kN / m , Mn 8629 KN-m, M? 1.8511 x 1010 N-mm, m 16.5358 mm, Vu 69.033 kN, Vud 234.712 kN, Vc 123.5163 kN, Vn 494.0653 kN and ?10-130mm stirrups are used. And the factors that affect the concrete in the form of compaction using a concrete vibrator, the method of mixing using a truck mixer, the results of finishing the walls that are not porous, the maintenance of the walls using the curing method and good compressive strength tests so that the concrete walls on the Grand Mercure project have good quality quality according to SNI 2847 : 2013 and has the feasibility of protecting the space in it and serves to support the composite construction to support the load from the floor to the roof
