Abstract :
Occupational safety and health is a very important job, which aims to provide workers with physical and mental health, mental or emotional accidents and occupational hazards to provide protection and security. To avoid the risk of workplace accidents, some methods need to be done one of them is the use of Personal protective equipment (PPE). This type of research is a quantitative research method that is a method based on the data of existing research variable measurement. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of K3 in the project, how the relationship between K3 implementation with the behaviour of APD on project workers, and the behavior factor of what workers most dominant affects K3 implementation in the project. The results showed that the implementation of occupational safety and Health in the project Menera BRI Gatot Soebroto belongs to the category very good. The relationship between the implementation of K3 with the conduct of the APD indicates that there is a relationship between K3 and APD connection between the implementation of K3 with the award of the use of PPE, while there is no connection between the implementation of K3 with the knowledge of the APD, there is no link between the application of K3 with the attitude of APD, no relationship between the application of K3 with the training of use of PPE, there is no connection between the application of K3 with supervision. The most dominant factors of worker behavior affect the application of K3 namely knowledge behavior, attitude, training, supervision, punishment, reward.
