Abstract :
Concrete is very much used in infrastructure development in Indonesian. In This study used waste fly ash and palm shells. Fly Ash is a waste of coal burning results that are found in PLTU. The case palm shells is Another b from the processed process of'palm derived'from palm Shell. Concrete test Objects are made of 16x30 cm and planned in accordance with SNI 7656-2012, the proportion of the mixture there are 5 variations of normal concrete, palm kernel shell mixture 10% of the amount of rough aggregate as a fixed variable and the variation of waste Fly ash 0%, 15%, 30%, and 45% of the amount of cement required. The Test parameters are strong press, slump test and concrete absorption. For absorption testing conducted on the 28 day, while for strong testing concrete press performed on day 7, 14, 28 and the test result at the age of 28 days, Strong press the lower end of the variation 5 (palm shell 10% + fly ash 45%) of 8.874 MPa with an absorption value of 5.240%, the largest concrete Press at the age of 28 days in variation 1 (normal concrete) of 15.011 MPa with an absorption value of 3.061 %.
