Abstract :
Time and Cost Efficiency Analysis of Work Using the Aluma System Flying Table Method and the Conventional Method (RingLock Scaffolding) in Laying Floor Slabs. This study examines the method of implementation, the comparison of costs and time of work, and the effect of time acceleration on the quality of formwork work. The type of work that is reviewed and calculated is the Floor Plate with the Ring-Lock Scaffolding method and the Aluma System Flying Table method. Based on the results of the analysis of the time and costs above, it has been found that the time deviation of the formwork Aluma System 136 Days, Ringlock Scaffolding 180 Days. Deviation of Material Cost for Aluma System Formwork Investment per 3 sets of Rp. 4,214,684,388, -. Ringlock Scaffolding per 3 sets of Rp. 2,429,448,150, -. Deviation of Wages and Consumable Material Formwork Aluma System of Rp. 6,463,286,534, -. Ringlock Scaffolding of Rp. 8,474,381,638, -. Ringlock Scaffolding Equipment Cost Deviation per 3 sets of Rp. 2,429,448,150, -. Deviation of Wages and Consumable Material Formwork Aluma System of Rp. 1,050,000,000.00, - Ringlock Scaffolding of Rp. 1,226,000,000.00, -. So it can be concluded that the material cost of Aluma System Table Form formwork is more expensive than Ring-Lock Scaffolding, which is IDR 1,785,236,238. But for wages, material consumables, over head costs, and Table Form formwork equipment, the accumulated costs are cheaper than Ring-Lock Scaffolding, namely Rp. 376.000.000.The quality produced using the Aluma System Flying Table Formwork method and the Ring-Lock Scaffolding Formwork remains in accordance with the design
