Abstract :
In any construction project there is little that goes as planned. To avoid mismanagement of poor construction projects, time and cost management with an earned value analysis (EVA) method can completed on time and not over its budget. Time and cost management made on the Mitra Husada Pringsewu Hospital Construction Project, as on implementation the project was eight weeks late from planning. Data obtained are assess BCWP, BCWS, ETS, EAS. From these limits is an estimate of the time and cost aspects. Earned value analysis based on the 6th week on Rp 740.415.389,20 and BCWS value Rp 744.142.312,30 according to calculations of ETS and EAS, according to the 6th week of job completion 1,40 days later than planned. According to the calculations of ETS and EAS each week based on the 6th week the work completion time was 5,28 days later than planned. The cost of the project's data analysis is equal to the contract's value. Rp 12.423.077.000,00 with the implementation complete time of 320 days.
