Abstract :
The intensity of development continues to increase, while the available land supply is increasingly limited. So that it is increasingly difficult to obtain land to carry out development, especially development for the public interest. So it is necessary to acquire land for the development of the public interest. The Cisumdawu toll road is one of the developments for the public interest. The problems in this research are, how is the procedure for implementing land acquisition and determining the provision of compensation in the implementation of the construction of the Cisumdawu I Toll Road, what are the obstacles faced in the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of the Cisumdawu I Toll road and how are the efforts of the land acquisition committee to handle them. And from the study, it was found how the procedures for land acquisition and what were the obstacles to land acquisition and how to overcome them
