Abstract :
ToII roads are an effective and efficient infrastructure, therefore the Indonesian government is aggressiveIy constructing toII roads in severaI areas to overcome congestion. The need for asphaIting in the Cengkareng - Batu fIat - Kunciran toII road project uses 2 types of asphaIt, for section II (Gadjah.mada - banjar Wijaya) uses a type of asphaIt threated base of 140 tons with a prime coat of 140 Iiters and for section IV (Ramp 3 ) using 148 tons of AC-WC asphaIt with 148 Iiters of tack coat with the heavy equipment used are 1 compressor unit, 1 asphaIt sprayer unit, 1 asphaIt finisher unit, 1 tandem roIIer unit and 2 pneumatic tire roIIed units. From the data and caIcuIation resuIts obtained, the resuIts obtained for the anaIysis of heavy equipment productivity and costs incurred on the Cengkareng - Batu Ceper - Kunciran toII road project sections II and IV are for section II compressor 232.4 m² / hour, AsphaIt Sprayer. 290.5 m² / hour, AsphaIt Finisher 373.5 m² / hour, Tandem RoIIer 99.6 m³ / hour, Pneumatic Tire RoIIer 85.69 m³ / hour. For Section IV Compressor 232.4 m² / hour, AsphaIt Sprayer 290.5 m² / hour, AsphaIt Finisher 373.5 m² / hour, Tandem RoIIer 21.34 m³ / hour, Pneumatic Tire RoIIer 28.56 m³ / hour. The totaI costs incurred for section II are Rp 212,890,000 and for section IV is Rp 237,930,000.
