Abstract :
Implementation of construction projects must be carried out quickly and smoothly. Successful development of a project must meet 3 main aspects, there are cost, quality, and time. This course is certainly not something that is easy to do, must be supported by good project management. It is undeniable, unexpected results can happen to when its implementation so that it can cause delays in project completion and will have an impact on increasing project cost expenditures. In Jembatan Air Induk 2 construction project, there was a delay in the 13th week. The delay will be analyzed its completion by using the method of adding work hours (overtime), adding labor, and increasing the number of tools used. These methods will be analyzed for the risk of costs to be incurred. Based on the application of these methods, work that is experiencing delays in completion can be completed by applying existing methods. So that the method chosen for its implementation incurred less acceleration costs, namely the transportation of the unloading is completed by means of adding tools at a cost of Rp 3,000,000 and the concrete cement pavement work is completed by the method of adding active ingredients at a cost of Rp 9,610,000. The implementation of this method of completion can minimize the risk of costs incurred compared to if the implementation of the project is subject to a late project completion fee of Rp67,114,858 for a delay of 14 working days.
