Abstract :
The population growth in Kota Tangerang is increasing rapidly, thus causing an increase in the need for proper housing. The increase in the need for proper housing is inversely proportional to the available land, so building apartment-type housing is a suitable type of housing to overcome this problem. In every construction project construction must be preceded by carrying out a feasibility study (Feasibility Study) so that the study can be used as a basis for a study or consideration that will be taken by construction service users to find out aspects that could potentially affect the process of construction activities. There are several aspects that will be carried out in carrying out a feasibility study, including technical aspects, environmental aspects, legal aspects and financial aspects.
