Abstract :
Concrete is one of the building materials that has many functions and applications, both in innovative designs and infrastructure development techniques. In this research, bagasse ash and ceramic waste are used in the production of concrete. From those materials, this research will be conducted intended for the utilization of bagasse ash as a substitute for cement and ceramic waste as a substitute for coarse aggregate in concrete mixture. The concrete test specimens are made cilinder with diamater 15 and high 30 cm size and designed based on SNI 7656 - 2012, with FAS value of 0.61, slump 75-100 mm. There are 5 proportions of mixture variations which are normal concrete, coconut ceramic waste as an independent variable that is 30% of the coarse aggregate and bagasse ash substitute with 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% variations of the cement amount required. The test parameters are compressive strength, slump test and concrete absorption. The absorption test was conducted on the 28th day, while the concrete compressive strength test was conducted on the 7th, 14th, and 28 days. The lowest compressive strength results are obtained in normal concrete variations of 25,004 MPa with an absorption value of 0.322%. The optimum compressive strength is obtained in the variation of 10% bagasse ash and 30% ceramic waste of 25,855 MPa with an absorption value of 0.608%.
