Abstract :
Geopolymer mortar is a mixture made from fine aggregate and geopolymer paste used derived from fly ash base material reacted with alkaline solution activator in the form of sodium hydroxide and sodium silicateFly ash used mixed with alkaline solution activator in the form of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide as its binding material.. On the other hand, this study can reduce the waste left over burning coal because fly ash is categorized as B3 waste and also use rice husk ash and LLDPE as a partial substitution of sand. The test object used in the shape of a cube measured 50 mm x 50 mm x 50 mm. In this study aims to find out the effect of temperature curing with temperatures of 40° C and 60°C on strong press at age 7 days as well as initial setting time according to SNI 15-2049-2004 with a ratio of 0 %, 4 %, 8 %, 12 %, 16 %, 20% variation in rice husk ash with molarity of 12 M. From this study obtained that strong press tertingi mortar geopolymer made of substitution of rice husk ash and LLDPE at age 7 days i.e. at curing temperature 40° by 7.4 Mpa and temperature curing temperature 60°C reach 11.4 Mpa, the fastest initial setting time result with a comparison ratio of 0 %, 4 %, 8 %, 12 %, 16 %, 20% variation of rice husk ash with molarity of 12 M i.e. on normal variation without hush ash substitution while for the most time at a variation of 20 % rice husk ash, and the lowest absorbation is at variation 6 reach -8.18 %.
