Abstract :
the cubicle is a connecting device, load dividers and breakers. In measuring insulation resistance, the measurement uses a measuring instrument (megger) to obtain the insulation resistance value on the voltage (phase) applied part of the conductor. And in testing the insulation resistance is also in good condition, seen from the results that have been tested, it still shows values above the standard of insulation resistance. With a visual inspection by looking at the results of the work with the eye or the tools, namely seeing the shape, rust and placement of the components that are correct. If the insulation resistance value is low, it is feared that there will be insulation failure in the equipment. how the insulation resistance in 20kV cubicles and the measurement results of insulation resistance are influenced by the humidity of the insulation, the temperature in the surrounding environment, the minimum standard of insulation resistance test results used in the 20kV Cubicle test panel is 20MOhm. Thus the results of the measurement of insulation resistance above show that the insulation resistance value obtained is quite good. This research was conducted on a 20kV cubicle panel resistance factory test at Cubicle assembly plant. In the phase-to-phase isolation resistance test, you get an Overlimited (OL) value and at Phase to Ground you get a value of 10kV and in this Functional Test all components, Wearing, Push Button, Indicator Lamp, Selector, Functional are stated that everything is going well. And according to the VDE standard (228/4 catalog), the minimum amount of insulation resistance at operating temperature is calculated as 1 kilo volt = 1 Mega Ohm in the tests carried out to get a value of 100000kV = 100Mohm and get 25000kV = 25Mohm, thus the insulation resistance test value in cubicles is spelled out. well, exceeding 20Mohm
