Abstract :
At the time of the electricity voltage distribution process a number of transformation processes must be passed, the end point of the electrician to the consumer is the Home Connection (SR). The quality of the voltage and the level of reliability of the home connection can affect the portrait of the waiter to the consumer. Things that can affect the reliability of the system, one of which is the number of pulls of SR cables that do not meet the standard. Based on data from PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Jayapura and SPLN no.1 in 1995 mentioned that the minimum nominal voltage is -10%. Based on the voltage measurement data received by the customer should not exceed -10% (drop voltage). The result of voltage fall on customers SR Series Substation 292 Garuda Supplier reached 147 volts with the number of pull SR 1.5 to 25 the pull of the presentation fell voltage 37.17% so that the improvement of sr series must be done by adding a larger cross-section and the addition of low voltage network (JTR) so that the voltage channeled in accordance with the standard. After the voltage quality improvement in the customer can be seen that the percentage of voltage drop that was initially the largest was 37.17% and the voltage channeled to the customer decreased to 147 volts, but after the voltage quality improvement, the presentation fell voltage on the customer is 5.48% with the voltage received by the customer is 224 volts.
