Abstract :
Our earth's condition is getting warmer due to global warming caused by the use of fossil fuels. To reduce this, we need to switch to environmentally friendly energy, namely renewable energy, one of which is PLTS. Utilization of solar energy is done by converting sunlight into heat / electricity. This study aims to determine the performance of the 2 kWp PLTS of Grid Solar Home System. After that, look at the performance ratio (PR) on the off-grid solar home system by comparing it in different weather conditions, where in sunny weather conditions get PR 89% and in cloudy weather conditions 90%. The difference in solar intensity also affects the energy production produced by the off-grid solar home system. Which is where in sunny weather conditions you get energy production of 59,9427 KWh and during cloudy conditions it only produces 29,7654 KWh.
