Abstract :
PT.PLN (Persero) ULP Genyem is supplied directly by PLTA Orya with a capacity of 2 × 10 MW, which is flowed through 7 feeders, namely Taja Feeders, Weir Feeders, Karya Bumi Feeders, Benyom Jaya Feeders, Nimbokrang Feeders, Recycled Feeders and City Genyem Feeders. Where in the distribution of electricity from the source to the customer there is always a disturbance that causes the distribution of electricity to be obstructed, the disturbances that often occur are fallen trees, reclosers cannot work properly, animals, there are even some disturbances whose cause is unknown. The results of the calculation of the short circuit fault current 3 phase, 2 phase and 1 phase ground, the following results are obtained, for the largest 3 phase short circuit is near the source with a result of 2335.781616 A, for 2 phases of 2022.847161 A, and one phase to soil of 143.3892161 A and for the smallest 3 phases at 100% the length of the feeder is 343.5226757 A, for 2 phases 297.157861 A and 1 phase to the smallest soil the value is 94.99865618 A. The use of Recloser here is intended only for temporary disturbances and if there is a permanent disturbance, the location of the disturbance must be found and repaired. The duration of repairing disturbed equipment is affected by feeder length and feeder route terrain difficulties.
