Abstract :
Generator Transformer and Unit Station Transformer are the main transformers in unit 6, the GT functions to increase the output voltage from the generator to the network, and UST functions as a supply voltage for the use of a unit while operating. During the operation of the transformer, the transformer oil experiences an electrical and thermal load which can cause dissolved hydrocarbon gases in the oil which can potentially cause the oil to fail as a function of good insulation. Therefore special monitoring of these gases is needed. One way to analyze dissolved gas in oil is by using the Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) method. DGA will extract the gas to be known and then indicated interference based on the results of interpretation using the Keygas, Roger?s Ratio and Duval?s Triangle methods. This method is also able to predict long-term damage, so that damage to the transformer can be prevented. Following are the results of the TDCG analysis on the three transformers as an initial reference for failure indication analysis, the GT was 266.00 ppm with BDV testing of 71.74 kV / 2.5mm and water content of 4.915 ppm, UST 6A of 215.00 ppm with BDV testing of 76.18 kV. /2.5mm and water content of 6.634 ppm, UST of 6B of 180.00 ppm with BDV testing of 73.68 kV / 2.5mm and water content of 6.493 ppm
