Abstract :
Load imbalances in an electric power system often occur to meet consumer needs. The distribution of the load which is initially evenly distributed will experience an imbalance ehen the loads are turned on. As a result, a current occurs in the neutral of the transformer, the current flowing in the neutral of this transformer causes losses, namely losses in the transformer neutral conductor and current flowing to the ground. This imbalance result in losses flowing in the transformer conductor, the loss that flows on the transformer conductor at night is greater, namely 8.310 kW compared to during the day which is only 1.499 kW and the losses also occur on the ground, which is 6.205 kW compared to the time of day 2.399 kW. So that the efficiency value on the transformer decreases, namely during the day 98% and at night it decreases to 93%. Technically, if these losses occur continuosly, it will be detrimental to PLN and can reduce transformer efficiency. In order for the electricity supply to remain stable and continuous, this must be resolved
