Abstract :
PLTMH is a small capacity power plant that uses water as its driving energy. Potential possessed by water in the form of debit and head can be used as a reference for designing at PLTMH. This designing will be done in Cinta Mekar village, Segalaherang Subdistrict, Subang Regency with the potential river is Cibaburus River. This result of this planning is the reduction error in the selection of equipment, especially in mechanical engineering field such as turbines and penstock pipes, so it is hoped that the development of effective, efficient, and economical PLTMH will be achieved. This designing will be carried out by taking primary data directly to the PLTMH's designing site and then comparing with secondary data obtained from BMKG (Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics), so that the data can be used as supporting in PLTMH design planning calculation.
