Abstract :
An unbalanced load in a system of electricity distribution always occurs in a low voltage grid system this is due to the unequal distribution of load in both the program and the fastness. An unbalanced load creates a current in the neutral conductor. The current that flows in the neutral conductor of this transformer
has coused of losses, which is the cost of a neutral current on a transformer neutral conductor. The research discussed the losses from the presence of a neutral current in the transformer neutral conductor using load measurement data at day and night. This research uses the literature study method as a
reference for the author and field observations at noon and night load measurements for 7 days at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Bogor city. This data was obtained from one of UNELEC distribution transformer with a capacity of 630 kVA owned PT PLN (Persero) ULP Bogor City. Based on the percentage of the
unbalanced factor at noon, the result is 7,17 % and the imposition of imposition at night is obtained is 5,8967 %. Whereas as result losses of a neutral current at neutral conductor neutral is 0,2131 kW with precentage is 0,0397 % and in the night as result is 1,4257 kW with precentage is 0,2662 %.
