Abstract :
Power outages in the industry can cause losses in terms of performance and production. One of the efforts in minimizing the losses caused by power outages is, the use of generator sets as alternative electric energy when the electricity supply from PLN is extinguished. In PT. Kimia Farma, due to the considerable load of usage, 3 generator sets will be used through the Generator Set Control Panel. All three generator sets will be in parallel or synced manually or automatically through the Generator Set Control Panel. The panel will be tested and set first. The spraying is carried out on the deepsea module 8620, the spraying is done by performing calculations according to the specification data of the generator set used. Power Generator Parameters, For Generator Generator Generator Genset 1 = 1600 kW, Generator Set 2 and Generator Set 3 = 400 kW. For setting Over Load Protection Genset 1 = 1440k kW, Generator Set 2 and Generator Set 3 = 360 kW. For Reverse Power Genset settings 1 = 160 kW, Generator set 2 and Generator Set 3 = 40 kW. Generator Voltage parameter, For setting Under Voltage all three generator sets are = 350 Volts. For loading voltage setting all three genset units are = 360 Volts. For the setting over voltage the three genset units are = 408 Volts. Current Generator Parameters, For Full Load setting namely Genset 1 = 3600 A, Generator Set 2 and Genset 3 = 760 A. For over current setting on Genset 1 = 3600 A, Genset 2 and Genset 3 = 760 A. For short circuit settings on Genset 1 = 7200 A, Genset 2 and Genset 3 = 1520 A. Parameter Generator Frequency, for setting Under Frequency the third genset unit is = 46 Hz. For loading frequency setting the third genset unit is = 48 Hz. For setting Over Frequency the three generator sets are = 55 Hz.
