Abstract :
An increasing number of motor vehicles in Indonesia, increasing the crime rate was also a two-wheeled motor vehicle theft. One of them is the problem of motor vehicle theft crime is the case so that the material detriment. Two-wheeled motor vehicles is very important, because people level transportation needs in Indonesia, especially in big cities in dire need ofan effective transportation and efficient. The purpose of this research is to create a security tool on two wheel motor vehicles based embedded system combined with a smart card, in order to strengthen the security system on motor vehicles and avoid from loss.Vehicle security devices using smart card and keypad aims to reduce the number of motorcycle theft, because the system contained on the smart card has been computed, combined with a microcontroller that can strengthen the security system ona two- wheeled motor vehicles in particular
