Abstract :
Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) is a system of reading or retrieving data from the measurement of electronic meters or ME centrally and automatically remotely through certain communication media. The reading data is stored in a database
server and can be used for energy transactions, analysis and troubleshooting. The causes of energy losses (losses) that can be identified through AMR data analysis include: meter reading errors, measurement abnormalities and errors during
treatment. Does the Subscription Data function need to be considered (DLPD) in the centralized / wilis program and how the AMR system can determine losses from kwh meters. 4 customers are taken at random which are set as Operation Targets (TO). Comparison of 4 customers, namely customer A Power factor of 0.002 under normal conditions, there are no abnormalities in the load being measured, cos phi is good,
the voltage and current angles are ± 90 ° measured at the time of the kWh stand download. It should also be noted that the load contained in the load profile table, the three loads from phase R, S, and T must show the same amount of load or only
a small difference. With an indication that shows a good cos phi of 0.85, customer B Power factor of 0.644 disruption occurs in the R phase of burning, according to previous predictions and disruption occurs in phase R, caused by a short circuit of
treatment in the R phase, C Power factor customer is 0.101 & -0.929 the load is unbalanced so that the phase R is reversed and the division of the RST phase is unbalanced, the customer D Power factor of -0.630 & -0.618 phase T is reversed
