Abstract :
In line with the increasing need for electrical energy, the transformer is one of the important equipment in distributing electrical energy. The transformer must continue to be inspected, and its reliability must continue to be in good condition. Utilization of UGB (Mobile Substation Unit) is also a part in increasing mobility in the provision of electricity freely. The implementation of transformer synchronization is one way to improve the reliability and quality improvement in maintaining the lifetime of the transformer use. To support the reliability of electricity distribution, in technical work is carried out in a PDKB (Work in Stressful Conditions) implementation method without outages. Paying attention to the transformer group vector is important to ensure the same type of transformer, such as Dyn5 transformer that can be synchronized with similar transformers. Another calculation is also done to the tolerance value of two feeders that are carried out during synchronization so that the implementation runs well. Large tolerance value is calculated during the work process at 11:00, 12: 00, and 13: 00 that is 4.18%, 4.57%, 4.85% the first feeder and 4.9%, 4.28% and 4.37% the second feeder, this value is below the voltage tolerance limit ± 5%. As for the percentage of frequency calculation that is equal to 0.3%, 0.2%, 0.36% of the first feeder and 0.22%, 0.26%, 0.28% in the second feeder, this value is below the frequency tolerance limit ± 0.2Hz. Afterwards, make sure that the voltage on the Tr rack is in accordance with the PLN tolerance limit of + 10% and -5%. Finally, ensure the type of cable used has a small resistance, such as the ratio between NYY1x240mm2 cable with AAAC 240mm2 where the value of NYY 1x240mm2 cable resistance has a smaller resistance value of 0.00000314 ohms / mm2 on the connection from the existing transformer to Tr rack while AAAC 240mm2 of R = 0.00000520833 ohms / mm2. So that NYY conductivity is better than AAAC which has greater cable resistance
