Abstract :
the distribution of the electric power system, it is very important in maintaining optimal service. In low voltage distribution, a distribution substation system is required. Inside the distribution substation there is a system for sharing the network which is equipped with a protection system. The protection system used is the NH fuse. This NH fuse works to protect overload disturbances. Where at the RJL substation for NH Fortress feeders, many of the fuses were installed. With the NH fuse barrier, it can cause the load on the RJL substation to be very high without a load limiting system working. This high current can cause damage to components such as the main switch or LBS-TR. Landed NH fuses without further handling can also cause very large loads on the transformer and can reach 100% loading..
