Abstract :
This study aims to explain the use of the 125 HP Water Pump Panel as a tool for pumping water with sensors to anticipate the occurrence of water evaporation in water reservoirs or tanks and by using an inverter to regulate the speed of the water pump motor. The water pump motor control automatically uses (WLC) or water level control with an automatic sensor that identifies the water level in the reservoir and can be monitored automatically. The pump panel that uses the inverter is very prominent in terms of energy, which the pump with the inverter does not require a large start current, because the inverter can control the initial speed when the water pump is turned on. The problem at the water pump panel that often occurs is the problem of wiring or wearing control that is wrong on the float so that the sensor is not detected to the monitoring and the inverter components for speed control on the motor to function properly. Therefore, in order for the pump panel to work properly, it must know the working system on the water pump panel and know the working system of the inverter to the motor speed. In this study carried out comparison of motor tests using the formula, then simulated the WLC sensor to determine whether the sensor is optimal or there is no damage to the sensor
