Abstract :
In the electric power system to channel power from power plants to consumers, a network of transmission and distribution lines is needed. One of the distribution channel power is the 20 KV Medium Voltage Air Line. The main problem to carry out the function of the distribution network is to overcome the various disturbances in the distribution network, given the most disruption in the electric power system contained in the distribution network. The term reliability in the distribution network describes the safety of distribution, avoidance of disturbances that cause the distribution network outages, especially in the 20 kv medium voltage network, especially in animals, kites and trees. So that the distribution network does not experience interference or equipment damage, network maintenance and installation of periang gadis equipment are installed on the transformer bushing and arrester to reduce network disruption.At the substation that has been carried out jolly girl installation namely on the AP substation, and SMY substation. After installing the girl's jolly, the tension value measured meets the jolly girl's specifications. To reduce interference, maintenance of substations is carried out to prevent interference.
