Abstract :
One of the main source that is needed by the people in life is electricity. PLN as provider which gives the electrical energi is required to meet the people's need in electricity. In the process of sending the electrical power to the concumers, there is a problem between power losses and voltage drops. Power losses and voltage drops during the process of transmitting the electrical power must be calculated and anticipated. This analysis is carried out knowing the power losses and voltage drops on the 150kV high voltage transmission channel between GI Purwodadi and GI Mranggen. Research methods that is used is data colleting directionally in the field. The transmission channel between GI Purwodadi and GI Mranggen has 48,981km in distance and TACSR 40 mm2 of wire type used. The results of this study show that the highest power loss occurred in channel 2 on 4th June with 0,404496 MW. and the highest voltage drops occurred on 4th Juni with 3 kV drop voltage.
