Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) is a state-owned enterprises (SOE) company that has a role as a source of sales of the state electric power supply, PLN electricity sales can be called as electrical energy transactions where the company sells electrical energy to customers by using measuring instrument KWH meter. KWH Meter has 2 types of electrical power system measurements are 1 phase system and 3 phase system. On the 3 phase power system of the era is now using electronic kwh meter, namely kwh which is already based on AMR system. System AMR or Automatic Meter Reading is a remote meter reading system that uses a one-way communication media where the company can monitor the use of electrical energy supply of a customer remotely, or in other words the use of electric energy supplies can be monitored from the office. In research this time the author gets an anomaly modem offline one subscriber as a result of the modem is burned and suspect incorect wiring where on a customer in one of its FAS After conducting the negative value studies due to an error in the wiring phase S where wiring on the phase S input is reversed with an S phase output at kwh meters, therefore causing the calculation of uncollectible kwh of 49.32 kwh
