Abstract :
PLTU Sebalang unit 1 has an installed 100 MW of power capacity. Which one the furnace is refractory. In refractory, CFB boiler are installed in bottom furnace for the purpose if isolation to protect the water wall tube from the circulation of dense bed material. Refractories in PLTU Sebalang are often demaged as a result of the circulation of dense bed material, there by refracting the charging of the refractories, the kind of refractory that used to change a C-19 and C-15 DGS P to founded the kind of refractory materials that corresponded in PLTU Sebalang. So the conclusion of thr best , material that use in PLTU Sebalang is C-19 to other than C-15 DGS P because C-19 has with value of that transfer rate ?(Q?_refraktori) 25568679 W obtained temperature in the 393.419 ? water wall tube. So that temperature on the wall of the water wall tube approaches the type of refractory material in PLTU Sebalang. The value of heat transfer rate ?(Q?_refraktori) for the type of refractory material C-19 can decrase by 216944.91 W with decreasing percentage 8.48 %.
