Abstract :
PENYEBAB GANGGUAN PADA KOMPONEN SHAFT SEAL WATER SUPPLY PUMP BESERTA RINCIAN BIAYA PENGELUARANNYA PADA TAHUN 2020. The purpose of this study is to provide information about disturbances in the shaft seal system, how to repair damaged components, the cost of expenses due to component disturbances, and ways to prevent damage from happening again. Shaft Seal is one of the water systems in Hydroelectric Power Plants. Shaft Seal is an equipment located on the turbine shaft which functions as a seal to prevent the entry of water into the turbine. Couplings and bearings or bearings on the pump shaft seal are damaged due to lifetime and misalignment, so replacement parts and alignment are carried out. The foundation that functions to support the pump is also damaged or can be called looseness foundation caused by construction errors or errors in installation so that the foundation is re-founded.
