Abstract :
The use of underground cables as one of the channels to transmit electricity to customers has difficult to detect when a disturbance occurs because it is invisible and takes a long time to repair. Therefore, an assessment cable is carried out using several methods, one of which is the Partial Discharge (PD) test where this method is used to determine the condition of the cable insulation and the point of disturbance at a certain distance due to partial discharge activity. The data disturbance used is the Banjar Wijaya feeder, segment CPD 98 ? PJ 129. The results of the assessment of the data obtained for PDIV and PDEV measurements are based on table 4.4 Health Index policy of PT. PLN (Persero) at L1, L2, L3 including point 1 where the L1 = 19.55 & 15.5 L2 = 26.45 & 15.5 L3 = 26.45 & 15.5 when compared to the Uo value of 11.5, the PDIV and PDEV values are greater than the Uo value. While in table 4.5 Limit Policy PT. PLN (Persero) at L1, L2, L3 including at point 3 where the value of L1 = 1068, L2 = 3879 and L3 = 1026 where the PD load is above 1000pC with bad status so that it can be done for each point and adjusted to Table 4. 9 Status conditions and risks to discharge and stress, the results obtained are 4 points where the condition status is quite new and needs to be maintained every 1 year.
