Abstract :
To maintain the reliability of electricity for ULP Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru customers and to minimize a blackout, a maintenance system is used at ULP Simpang Tiga, Pekanbaru Riau. At ULP the intersection has its own standards regarding SAIDI numbers and SAIFI ? 5 Hours. From this data, it is necessary to calculate the system reliability performance index using the SAIDI and SAIFI methods and carry out maintenance to reduce the SAIDI and SAIFI numbers. To overcome the disturbances that often occur to the feeder at the Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru ULP, namely by routine maintenance or inspections carried out by the PLN Engineering team and the ROW team when executing the disturbance, unreliable feeders at the Simpang Tiga Pekanbaru ULP are: there are 8 feeders, namely Toman, Nuri, Kakap, Eagle, Nemo, Cakalang, Balam and Merpati.
