Abstract :
Various types of technology have been created by humans to make it easier for people to do their jobs. As one of the technologies that developed is a flammable test equipment bus interior material. Flammability testing is a basic way to determine how easily an finished material or product will burn or burn when placed or used near fire or heat. The manufacture of flammable test equipment aims to measure the sensitivity of material specifications to ignition sources, the tendency to burn, With testing it can be known how quickly the fire propagates on the material used and can see the strength of the material when there is a fire and through this test can know a good material. The tool is made using a C-language arduino microcontroller and is connected to sensors to detect symptoms or signals. Other components to support tool manufacturing include DHT11 Sensor, Type K Thermocouple Sensor, Arduino Mega 2650, and LCD as tool test result viewer. The data obtained from the test results can be from the results that are read on the attached LCD and will be analyzed after obtaining the results. In vertical testing with test materials in the form of ABS, PVC, Vinyl Esmak is stated that there is no propagation. The fire also did not hit the marker system so the propagation of the fire was declared 0 mm/min.
