Abstract :
Measurement of electrical energy has a very important role in determining the income of electricity companies. The kWh meter is a measurement tool for energy transactions between companies and customers that must be agreed upon by both parties and obtain legality from the government (Directorate of Metrology). Energy measurement data errors are customer complaints against electricity companies. At PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kuala Kapuas kWh meter used for power customers of 147,000 kVA is an electronic kWh meter that is integrated with the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) system as its reading. After monitoring the electronic meter abnormality detection with the AMR system, it was found that the CT wiring error was reversed, resulting in uncollected electricity consumption by the customer. With the facilities owned by the electronic meter with the AMR system, it can be seen the time of the disturbance, as well as the amount of uncollected electrical energy when there is an interruption of 67,891 kWh equivalent to Rp 98.082.127,7 for follow up bills
